Win 7 Pro Updates Error with Code 80073701

I have several updates that are failing on a Windows 7 Pro x64 laptop with error code 80073701. I have tried installing in diag mode, installing updates individually, but no luck. I am attaching the CBS.zip file - at least I have attempted to - keep getting 404 errors after it uploads.

The upload gets to 96% and errors out with: 404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I see the size limit is 8M for zip files, so I'll upload files individually. Attached to this are 3 zip files that make up the CBS.log file.

Hi Jenn,
Some strange errors here, Please run in the order below.

Can you go Controlpanel> program/features > Turn features on/off > Uncheck internet Explorer (11 Y/N?) REBOOT
now reverse the above reboot again.

On a side note
have you installed/uninstalled any linux OS, (Ubuntu Linux etc)???, or dual booting
Have you created another user profile lately
confirm IE version
