Win 7 problem!!!

I installed win 7 long time ago...
But there is only one problem:
When i turn on my computer after win 7 screen(screen where are's 4 colors) it restart!
and i do startup repair and it cant fix it....but when i restart it 2/3/4 times then it is normal...
but restarting is pissing me of... is there any fix for this?

Ok to prevent the auto reboot, you need to go into cpanel>system>advanced system properties> un check auto re-boot.

I suspect a video driver. Does it do the same thing in safe mode w/ networking?
