Win 7 slowed down after GPU drivers update

Hello,

I have a pretty confusing problem, that I am unable to solve.

Few weeks ago I have reinstalled Windows 7, because my notebook was getting really slow. For about a week after the fresh installation, everything went just perfect. Then I started getting black screen after logging into my account. I stopped all the unnecessary updates in "Startup" section in system configuration, but it did not help. Eventually, I was unable to log in into my own account and Windows redirected me into a temporary one. In boot log I found out, that the system was unable to start vga.sys, srv.sys and avgnflt.sys.

So I reinstalled my Avira antivirus, reinstalled all USB drivers and downloaded the latest drivers for my graphic card. After restarting the notebook the log in went smoothly. However, when looking into the boot log, none of the vga, srv and avgnflt drivers were loaded again. Moreover, the system is getting slower. When starting a new tab in Microsoft SQL Manager, I sometimes get graphical glitches. And, most recently, my WiFi is starting far too long (it took almost 5 minutes today).

Do you have any ideas, what my problem(s) might be and how to solve it/them?

That's what I did, when my computer was getting slow. And after the reinstallation, all the problems mentioned above, started.
