Win 7 Some programs won't launch.

Hi
I have a problem. When i try to run Raptr desktop app, Anno 1404 or The Lord of the Rings Online sometimes they launch for few secs and immediately close or won't run at all. Tried reinstalling them and repairing Win 7. Didn't help. I don't know what to do anymore.
Any help appreciated.

Run Malwarebytes / antivirus to check for any infection. Were you able to run these programs before? If yes, do a system restore to the date where you were able to run them.
