Hello,

This is my first Post on these forums...I have a Dell Optiplex 755 Core 2 Duo, Win 7 64 bit Home Edition.

I must have done something by accident ( moving folders between Program Files and Program Files (x86) , but can't remember for sure ), and now have these boxes popping-up several times daily...think they are Windows Installer boxes. I have to move these pop-up boxes down to the bottom of screen just so I can use the Computer better.

I also have this 'Script' that's there every time I restart the Computer ( related to the above ?...dunno )

Pics Attached...

Any info would be appreciated.
Joe

Because you don't remember what you did, we don't know what you did.
Some that things come to mind.

1. Do you have a DVD in your optical drive?
2. Unplug all USB devices other than your mouse and keyboard and see if you still get the pop ups.

3. You could try a system Restore Point before all this happened.
It may or may not solve your problem but it free.

A little tutorial by Brink will be helpful.
