Win 7 taskbar/Dock

ok when my mom got her lab top with win 7 64 bit a dock was preset on the desktop which was at the top of it. I tried to find how to enable it on my computer but can not find it. Anyone know how to enable the dock

Is it a dell that she has, if so its a dell dock. your best bet would be to go to Rocketdock.com and get yourself that dock. There are icons and many other goodies there. Happy hunting, and if you have questions, just come back and ask!
