Win 7 Ultimate to Win xp

I want to change my Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows XP again..
But Everytime I Boot my PC from the disc it doenst run
or run the installer by My Computer I Cant even Click the installer
Can someone help me to unprotect the program preventing to change
Windows 7 to Windows XP??

You need to boot the installer.

Why are you going back to an XPired OS. Perhaps we can help you sort out the issues you're having with Win7.

Im running AMD Sempron Processor LE-1200 2.10ghz
3.0GB RAM
System Type 64 bit

And I think my computer is in low performance ..
Everytime I try to check my CPU Usage it reach 100

And im still experiencing hangs or error programs even if im only running yahoo messenger and mozilla firefox .. or my browser got 4 tabs ... my browser starts to hang

You might get better performance trying 32 bit Win7 install. Is this a retail upgrade version? Did it include a 32 bit disk?
