G'day,
Yesterday evening, 14 Dec., when shutting down the computer, 10 updates were received. This morning, 15 Dec., when booting up for the first time, I was presented with the green screen that said "Preparing to Configure Windows. Do not turn off your computer." It has been sitting there like that for over an hour and a half. I think something may have gone wrong. What should I do? Please advise. All help will be greatly appreciated.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, i5 3.4 Ghz, 8Gb RAM.
Cheers,
Fritz
