win 7 x64 and Intel motherboard in 2022

Hi all win 7 lovers

Im helping my girlfriend out to cook a new rig to allow him workin with "old" software related to video editing and design. I tried to convince her trying the amd mobo where I have win 10 and 7 in 2 separated physical disk (I mean; X570 MOBO, Ryzen 9 etc..).

She insists to me strongly to install win 7 ultimate (original key) in the pending and still unknow what rig could be.
I know what she needs (software, how things should be set, etc) but Im not very sure (cos Im more amd side that intel.

What motherboard intel family still in market (ebay, alienexpress, amazon etc..) does "allows" (meaning allows by using "signed" drivers like those stored in forums like win-raid) install drivers (usb 3.0/1, nvme, sata) to be installed manually (maybe integrating in his win 7 disc, Ill have to face this) into win 7?

Im confused with this thing, somebody could enlighten me please? what mobo are "supported" and what does not supports win 7?

Officially, Intel 7th gen and up is not supported. There are some Win 7 on Intel 12th gen. It isn't a simple task. You have to add some drivers to the Win 7 installation files. Update your Win 7 installation media

Have a budget?
My girl told me the limit budget is around 1800 euros

What will the PC be primarily used for?
She is a graphic designer and audiovisual technician. Software she uses normally:
Sony vegas
ON1 resize 2018
Photoshop cc 2018
Illustrator cc 2018
Premiere cc 2018
Nero 2018

She needs about 32 gb ram
She still want to use the old nvidia quadro 4000 to save some money.

What spec do you suggest to build a good rig win win7? Thanks!

I once read that AMD is better than Intel CPUs for multitask and software s that divide a single task into multi cores (like Adobe image programs).
I would make a search on Adobe forums and ask their opinion.

i was reviewing in adobe forum and another forum design related, im seeing a divided opinion about whats better, amd or intel. Only I find intel still very expensive...I passed those web pages I earlier posted here to my girl to see itself who are that high prices they have....Im still waiting what she could want to build. Im getting my hair whiter and old lol

That GPU (video card) is very, VERY old. Like 12 years old. Sony Vegas et al probably utilizes the GPU for processing like those programs should be coded. (the rendering happens in the CUDA cores) So you want a decent GPU. Unfortunately, GPUs have been very pricey lately. I'd invest at least ~%40 of your budget in the GPU which means go AMD. AMD is a lot cheaper and you do get more bang for your buck. i.e., more computational ability for your money versus Intel.

Now do note that AMD's latest Zen 4 CPU is supposed to be on the market this Fall. Last I heard this month actually. Zen 4 looks to be promising from what I've read. AMD Zen 4 Ryzen 7000 Specs, Release Date, Benchmarks, Price Listings | Tom's Hardware
