Hi -

One of the 2 dumps was corrupted.

This appears to be unknown hardware failure to me.

Run --> http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Also, run the Driver Verifier -- Driver Verifier - jcgriff2.com

Thanks so much for the help so far jcgriff, just wanted to add this other dump that just happened.

Is there any new info in there potentially? Will run driver verifier/memtest tonight!

Memtest ran without issue for several passes, but when I tried to use driver verifier. Windows keep blue screening until I loaded into safe mode. Here's the minidump that I recovered. Thanks!

Hi -

There is OS Corruption occurring - this Microsoft OS video-save related driver's name = RDPCDD.sys -
Code:
[FONT=lucida console][COLOR=navy]RDPC[/COLOR][COLOR=red][B]?[/B][/COLOR][COLOR=navy]D.sys[/COLOR]   Mon Jul 13 20:16:34 2009 (4A5BCE62)[/FONT]
That is how it appeared in the dumps - with the question mark in its name

Further evidence of OS corruption - Unknown_Module
Code:
[FONT=lucida console][COLOR=navy][B]Unknown_Module[/B][/COLOR]_fffff880`03ea9000 Mon [COLOR=red]May 18[/COLOR] 08:17:04 [COLOR=red]2009[/COLOR] (4A1151C0)[/FONT]

Check in c:\windows\system32\drivers - click on "Date" column to sort by date and look for a driver with 18 May 2009 timestamp -- what is its name?

I do believe unknown hardware failure is responsible. One other thought - what is origin of Windows 7 OS? Did it come pre-installed on system or did you purchase full retail copy?

Also - run these hardware tests too

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html (run the Blend test as well as the Small FFT test)

Hard Drive Testing:
First run chkdsk

START -> type cmd.exe -> Right-click -> run as admin -> type chkdsk /r /f -> Press Y at prompt -> restart computer.

Also to check the drive's physical state run SeaTools

Download SeaTools for DOS from here: SeaTools | Seagate

Follow the instructions to run it. After it has detected the drive, select Basic Tests, then Long Test and let it run.
