I had the Classpnp.sys problem that wouldn't let me start up in any mode, do recover or reinstall. I have a Dell win 7 x64 install disk that I had to request because they put it on the HD and don't send out an actual cd. I wiped out all the partitions, including the OEM and formatted as one complete drive on my win 7 x64 laptop via external hard drive enclosure. I reconnected the HD and tried to reinstall win 7 from the install disk and the white line went across the bottom "Loading Windows Files" and automatically went to the start up screen. I don't understand how it can go to startup with no OS installed. Is there any way I can force it to go to install?
Thanks
Thanks
