When running "Defrag"....is there any danger to continuing to work on other programs/operations while defrag is running ? Or is it best to run defrag only and leave the PC alone ?
Also...if Defrag is running...any problems with any programs "Auto-Update" running...ie...virus software updates or any other program's normal updates in task manager ?
The defragmentation built into Windows 7 is designed to run in the background. So yes its fine to continue to use the computer to the fullest extent while it is running.
