Not sure what's going on here, but this problem started out of nowhere a couple of days ago.
In order to call up the start menu with the windows key, I need to press and hold the key for at least a full second, then release it.
No other functionality of the window key is being affected and other commands respond as normal (win+D, win+L, etc.) CTRL+ESC also works as normal to call up the start menu.
I don't have sticky or filter keys or any of that stuff enabled.
Any ideas?
