I've had two BSODs after never having one before, this PC is going on three years old, I did a couple basic checks like the HDD and came up with nothing, no trojans or malware in the scan, although I should scan in safe mode to be certain, was hoping someone might have some insight.

MSINFO32:

Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter (you can also press Win and R at the same time to open the Run dialog - then type in msinfo32.exe and press Enter)
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.

I attached many files to the original post.

Just checked event viewer, and there's 194 HDD errors, it blames the critical ones on Kernel-Power, but I'm going to make an assumption here and blame the HDD, it could be failing on me here. Well no, because I did chkdsk and it came up clean, and I can't use a hardware utility because this drive is Hitachi and for some asinine reason they won't let you check your primary drive, so what am I doing here?

Yes but it does not contain the msinfo or systeminfo file.

If you really want us to help, you should upload all the files. Not just "many".

...Right, anyway I just bought HD Tune since I'm not feeling trustworthy of chkdsk and I got this, which I am assuming is the culprit, thoughts?

I have Avast for antivirus and malwarebytes for, you know, malware, both are disabled because I only use them for scans and run always on adblock/noscript to keep the browser mostly safe, so it's unlikely they are the culprit, I'm using CrystalDiskInfo now.

Sneaky toolbar attempt and cute sound, interesting, picture attached.

Drag the slider under 1 mark to a bit right. See the number under 2 mark is increasing from "1". Then drag it to the left most point, until the value under 2 mark comes to "0". Do it for the three sliders ... one by one.

Does it change anything?

   Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule the faulty RAM stick out.

   Tip
Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

A bit confused by the Crystal post, move each slider to 2, then to 0, and leave it at 0? Also how long is the SeaGate diagnostic going to take? I could do that right now, Memtest obviously leave it on overnight, although I did that last year and got nothing the RAM may have run into a problem since then.

The caution indication can be converted to good using CrystalDiscInfo. Click on the caution Button, you will get another window ....
1_zps1eeadfca.jpg

In the resulting window, there are three sliders in the left. Drag them to the ultimate left, and notice the values at the right side are converting to zeros.
2_zps50ae6eec.jpg

Now click the apply button, and notice that the caution is gone.

Seatools takes some time depending on the volume of data/disc, but not very much. You may continue it anytime.

Right, so leave it at 0, but what does that do exactly? Making it go from caution to good? I'll have to run Seatools in a bit then.
