Win32k.sys BSOD at random triggers/intervals, error 0x0000003b

Sometimes it happens when I close a program (It's happened after closing Chrome before), sometimes when alt-tabbing (Out of Payday 2). Sometimes it's when the computer is freshly booted, sometimes it's when it's been up for days. No persistent pattern.
