Hi and welcome

As usual this 64bit dmp was probably cased by the video driver.

I would update the video driver
and just for giggles I would run a system file check to verify and repair your system files
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

If you are overclocking STOP
if you have a raid update its driver

Hope this helps

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:

Arg1: fffffa3205acfc98, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002e7af9f, address which referenced memory

If you google that driver it is notorius for bein a pain. I think there is a specific method of un-installing and re-installing it. You might also want to search here at SF. I seem to remember something here about it

Update these drivers:

AODDriver AODDriver.sys Mon Oct 13 00:38:55 2008
cmudaxp cmudaxp.sys Mon Mar 26 07:13:37 2007
GVTDrv64 GVTDrv64.sys Tue Sep 05 03:10:02 2006

If doing that doesn't help, find the correct Vdimm, timings and frequency for your RAM modules and set the motherboard bios for that. Visit RAM maker's site for info. Use CPU-Z spd tab to find out which modules you have.

If still not good, run Memtest86+ overnight to test.

Reinstall the ATI driver but this time, let it also update your HDMI. Use custom mode to install.

My collegue is right as usual. there is a memory problem. till you solve that you are going to keep having these "random" BSOD's

You still have these on the system - what torrentg already told you:
