Win7 64-bit crashing randomly

all hardware less then three months.
OS installation is less then three months.

My machine is based off the i7 2600k sandybridge Intel CPU; It's currently overclocked but I've had this BSOD problem on standard non clocked speeds. The machine can go for several days before a BSOD but a BSOD is always inevitable; the problem started only a few days after I built this system and installed win 7 64-bit. At first I suspected memory, but some memory test revealed all was fine (not sure trustworthy these tests can be). I would say the only thing not odinary about my machine is that I run raid0 off two corsair SSD drives.

Another oddity about the blue screen of death is when I power down the system and power it back on my raid controller does not see any raid configuration and halts; after a second reboot it discovers it and boots fine. I've seen this happen about ten times.

There are no minidumps being created. The reason is that you don't have your pagefile on the OS drive. Your OS is installed on the C: drive and the pagefile is on the D: drive. Without looking at the minidumps it's real hard to tell what's going on.

I did see two bugchecks. They were both:
STOP 0x000000F4: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION

Have you tried not running in a RAID configuration?

On a side note, I noticed a lot of failed windows updates. Make sure you have all the latest updates installed. If it is giving you an error let me know what it is.

I converted my raid0 back to ahci single SSD drive... will monitor and update to see if there are any more crashes.

<<I configured my paging back to my OS drive so I can get a minidump next time. I have only run the C: (OS drive) on raid0 and no single, but this is something I'm willing to change over the weekend. My system if completely up to date.>>
