Solved Win7 64bt printer problem

I have recently installed Win7 64 Bit Ultimate with two user accounts. Both have admin rights. One account can print with no problems, but the other prints one line only and pushes several pages through the printer. I have reinstalled all drivers, removed printer and reinstalled, tried to use Microsoft support (no luck) and HP support ( no luck) The printer is a PSC 2100 series all in one printer. Help!!

Don't know if my first reply was posted (I am new to this forum). But the solution is do not select "Fast Normal" in the printer preferences. apparently the driver furnished by Microsoft does not support this feature. HP does not furnish a driver for this printer for Win 7. The PSC 2100 series all in one printer now works for all users. This setup must be made for each user. I stumbled upon this quite by accident, while trying to print a document that needed better quality printing. Hope this helps someone else out there.
