i need to print out this ridiculously lengthy book that my teacher provided for us to read, we can print it out or burn our skulls by reading the entire thing on screen. i've tried printing it but the method i used didn't print page numbers and skipped some pages... so i'm lost as to which pages are missing. i've read in numerous places that you go to "Document > Header & Footer > Add" but that's not there in 9.1.3 as far as i know.
any ideas?

I don't think that with the free reader application, that you have the ability to modify the actual document. In order to make changes to the doc, you would have to have the paid-for Adobe Acrobat product.
