Win7 automatically set a password on my account on parental controls.

I created an another administrator on my pc then make myself an standard account then I on parental controls and a message appears that One of administrator account has no password then then i click on a standard user then i click ok but a message appear then do you want to force to have a password then i click yes. now when i log off the user. the admin account is locked up and i dont know the password. I can still open it by the limited account. but the admin account is locked we dont know the pw. we put 3pm and 4pm blocked so we are worried
