My computer is not working properly. I have to use it in safe mode. When I look in the device driver section it has an exclamation mark next to the "Consumer IR Devices". It says: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
Anyone know how to fix this? When I click on "check for solutions" it doesn't do anything.

i already tried to reformat my G60VX but still this msg appear.

is this because i do RAID??

this is my minidump file please help

Assuming that you can get into Safe Mode (from what you said), try uninstalling that device, restarting back into Normal mode, and see what changes may have been made.

If everything seems to work fine, then Taadaa. :)

If not, feel free to reply.
