Win7, Eval copy, Build 7601, 14days left

Win7 Pro, 64bit...now says an Eval copy, Build 7601, 14days left
I'm now being prompted to do a backup, 14days left.
What's the easiest way to recover from this; don't really want to bkup and reinstall the OS. Is this my only option? Copy is legal, is there another way out of this count down?

You need to uninstall sp1 beta,

than install sp1 RTM.
