win7 fold.old

hi guys, need help indeed, i install win7 again, but within new win7, the fold.old is empty, but the properties show that there are about 11gb data, some of them very impotant.

i re-install win7 because it was not working can not strat window form some reason it keep shuting down and re boot after get into start windows step, so i re install os and when all done, i try to find out my old file form folder.old , but it is empty but from property it show about 11 gb data, and i copy and past this folder to another disk sector, it take 1 min to transfer all data, but still when i open it , still nothing there. i don't kow what is wrong.

Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Folder Options, open the View tab and scroll down to Show hidden files, folders, and drives and check (tick) the circle there. Now see if you can see inside the windows.old folder.
