Win7 Home Basic x64 update error 800B0100 with SP1

Hi, I am having this problem through Windows Update, also I downloaded the stand alone DVD and it still won't work, I've tried the SURT and it says it can't run on this computer. It's a new laptop, Sony Vaio VPCEE33EL with only 2 weeks of use and nothing out of the ordinary installed.
