Key worked for awhile and was copied
from the original install before I reinstalled

Hi delphicam,

The original install must have been a Dell computer then, thats what the product key relates to.

If it came with W7 you should have a COA sticker, use the back-up code on it.

Re-installs cannot use the factory set key.
