Win7 on iMac as the only OS

I got a 24" iMac a little over a year ago. I have confirmed that I am not a Mac person. I would like to replace the OS X with Windows 7. I'm not talking about going through bootcamp, parallels, VM or anything else. I don't want the Mac OS on the computer.

Is this doable?

This may or may not help in this regard by as the iMac uses EFI versus a BIOS...
