Win7 Pro 64bit driver issue & error

Getting the following "issue" and not sure how to proceed?
I went to intel and installed all the latest win7 64bit drivers
I verified I have the latest bios from intel
I have the Intel DP35DP

I also am getting a PCI Simple Communication Controller that I can't find a driver for..I assume this is the old dell modem I have installed (Conexant RS56/SP-PCI - R6793-17)

Which version of Windows am I using?
You are using Windows 7.

Computers that use Intel vPro technology may have devices that are unrecognized in the Windows 7 Device Manager

I was able to fix this issue
I removed my modem which wasn't the PCI equipment as I still had the same issue
I was able to download the latest intel MEI driver for vista 64bit
it failed initially but win7 changed compabability mode and was able to install and reboot
PCI device went away
installed my old dell pci modem and win7 found it as "In-Build CX11235"
all good thus far!
