Hi, I just built a new rig for my sister, system specs are in my profile.

More than not it runs great, but at random it will BSOD followed by more until you do a complete shutdown.

A few days ago alot of data was corrupted after a BSOD, so it has a fresh install with the latest drivers.

If anyone could help it'd be greatly appreciated.

Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure

I would deal with these first
Memory-- download memtestx86 and run it for at least 5 passes.

System files- run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)
Let us know these results.

If that doesnt fix it we will get more aggressive

Let us know if you need help

Ken.

yes it was a boot cd, I used version 3.4 since there is 4G installed

"Version 3.5 is the preferred release. Please use the 3.4 release for testing 4GB or more of memory."

If you booted to a memtest CD, that rules out OS or Hard Drive issues. Additionally if you successfully got through 6 passes it’s doubtful that it’s a memory problem.
I’d be looking at temps, bios, and power supply…

temps look very good voltages are solid using cpuid HWMonitor
After first BSOD I was monitoring these with Prime95 running......... will get a screenshot in a bit

I was considering flashing the bios but nothing noted sounds like it would address the issue.
GA-770TA-UD3 (rev. 1.0) - GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - BIOS
Do you think it would be worth flashing anyways? The latest is a Beta bios btw

Under the circumstances, I'd flash to any newer firmware.

Are you Overclocked? If so set bios defaults until you find the solution.

I found that the DRAM voltage was set by default below manufacturers recommended voltage of 1.55 to 1.75v............... it was set to 1.50 and is now set to 1.56

However I am still getting BSODs, two new ones are attached.

These too were caused by pool_corruption (memory). If you havent run memtestx86 for at least 5 passes you should
