Win7 Touchscreen Driver for HP Spectre x360

This laptop is intended for Windows 10, but Windows 7 is far better. I've managed to get everything working except the touchscreen. Does anyone know of any drivers that could be tried to get it working?

1) "Installation failed. To install Microsoft Touch Pack for Windows 7 you need a computer with a touchscreen that supports at least two simultaneous touch points."
2) I tried the "install driver.cmd" from CodePlex Archive and after installing their driver, then it installed

However, the touch screen still does not respond to any touch. Is there another option or driver I need? I have been unable to figure out how to run MultiTouch Vista because the archive from codeplex.com seems to be lacking all of the .exe files referenced in the Youtube tutorial.
