Win7 x64: programs fail to start short while after boot + Windows jams

Hi :)

Im having a serious issue with my Windows 7 64bit.
Immediately after Windows 7 startup, everything seem fine. I start up programs and everything works.

But a short while (~10 seconds) after startup, I cannot start any 32 bit software (Tried Google Chrome, Spotify, Steam, WinRar now. Nothing starts). The programs that I had started earlier works fine. Other software (Notepad & Internet explorer) seems to work fine. I guess these two programs are 64-bit.

If I close any of the software that I had started earlier then I cannot start them again.
I tried to right-click the programs .exe file but then the window crashes. I restart explorer.exe but then NOTHING works. I can't even open My Computer (Error message: "explorer.exe - The remote procedure call failed and did not execute").

Any help on how I can fix this?

My specs:
*Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5, Socket-AM3
*AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
*Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz 4GB CL9
*XFX Radeon HD 6970 2GB
*Intel X25-M SSD 80GB 2,5",
*WD Caviar® Black 750GB, 3,5", SATA

I have tried to format my C-drive and reinstalling Windows 7 64-bit several times. The issue keeps reappearing..

Thanks in advance

OK. Can you download from the net?

If so, then download this ( the free version) and run a full scan;

Malwarebytes

If it finds anything, then post the log here.

An update on my issue:
This problem occurs if I start op my computer normally.

However, I tried to start my computer and then interrupt startup so that I get to choose between normal startup and safe mode.
Then I chose normal startup, and everything works.
If I restart my computer and lets it start up normally then the issue reappears.

So in order to get my computer working as it should I have to:
Start it up
Shut down during Windows loading
Start up again
Choose normal startup from "safe mode"-window
Then Windows starts up without the "Starting Windows"-hang. It only takes a couple of seconds now..

What do you make of this? :S

EDIT: Oh and I am running the test as suggested. I will post the log as soon as it is done

UDPATE:

I tried to disable all services in msconfig.exe and this made the system stable. So there's something in there making the issue... Any idea what it could be? Im enabling some at a time to isolate the error but it's taking a lot of time as I have to restart my computer every time..

Hi.
Its probably the AMD reservation manager that does this.

Never heard of it, is it a program installed on my computer?

Anyways, disconnected my printer and now everything works great :)

Hi, I had exactly the same issue, but it seems to disappear if I turn off the printer(disconnect).
Can you tell me what printer do you have, I have a Brother DCP-195C?
