win7 x86 over win7 x64

hello i guess I'm going to install x86 version over existed x64. Now my question is about the partitions that i made when i installed the x64.I created 3 partitions one for the windows and programs and two others for games,movies,music.Now when i install the x86 i want to install to the first partition will the other partitions damaged because of the change of "bits"?

the other two partitions will not be affected in any way.

some of the games may not work, and may need to be installed again.
