Win7_X64 ultimate degrades

Hi , I use x64 ultimate version, but the longer I use it the more problems.

1) worse network, during startup (despite less startup items and many services that I put on manual) the network takes long time to be ready. Hijack checks did not show any strange things.

I have done all the related tips for that, still nothing works a t least not for long time. Always within a week or so it generally is becoming slower.
2) Outlook 2007 is keeping freezing, especially after the latest windows updates. I use a small pst and no add ons.
3) Slow copy function (also for that i used a trick to speed that up) Somehow it seems not right for such system that as user you need to do so many fixes to keep the system running.
4) then compare the services and their dependencies and the privacy rules and notice how much different new privacy rules have been enabled. Big brother is watching ….

Windows7 is nice for the visual effects but then even with 10 Gb Ram and WD raptor disks and raid it is weak, maybe because of the ultimate functions. So why such a system if it only works with just these nice visual things disabled? Somehow windows7 is not able to work with many programs and within a multihdd environment. Or it is so designed that you are forced to use all services…

Somehow it seems not right for such system that as user you need to do so many fixes to keep the system running.

The only "fixes" I've used is Windows update and a reg file for my right-click menu, and runs as fast now as it did with a clean install, maybe not as fast, but I've not noticed a clear reduction in speed.
