im using windows 7 on dell 2nd laptop i keep locking myself out i dont have a re-install disk Is there anywere i can get a RE-INSTALL DISK or a copy would upgrading to Wind 10 or 11 help me reset my login ????:mad::cool::grouphug::cry:​ PLEASE CAN ANYBODY HELP
