Thanks in advance for your assistance. I built a new system with W7 HP 32 bit, and it keeps freezing. I have followed advise in countless threads, and am tired of beating my head against the desk. Please help. Here is the most recent log file of a Kernal-Power critical error. It resets in a hard reset.

2 of the errors are STOP 0x124's These are errors that your CPU reports to Windows - and as such they don't have much info that's understandable. Basically something is broken or not compatible (this includes things like bad connections).

Try the steps in this thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

Thanks for the reply. I thought I had a memory issue the whole time since I built the pc 2 weeks ago because because if I put the second stick of RAM in, it would not boot. I finally bought a different brand of memory, and everything has been stable for 2 days now. :D

I was just making sure that changing RAM fixed my issue. I don't see myself buying Corsair memory anytime soon.
