Window 7 keep changing my keyboard layout

Hello , I just buy for my laptop a keyboard from eBay ,but because this keyboard is from Asia ,windows keep changing my layout , I just want to use it as an English keyboard ,also I've try lots of methods that non of them works permanently.
Hope you masters can help me solve it out.

Epsilone mate we need a bit more info than you have given us like the brand wired or wifi of the keyboard.
plus some system specs would be real good to work with.

hey, this is Addis Asus x83v model internal keyboard

And window 64 bit English.

I see I think maybe Epsilon the keyboard is not compatible with the machine. I know Toshiba for example have specific regional parts for any given model machine. For example a keyboard for a L550 bought in the US may not be compatible with a part bought from say China for that model.

I am sorry but I don't know what you can do about this.

I agree; more info is needed like the system specs(all the specs not just the operating system). We need all of that info so we have more info to go on. Please post back with those specs.

Yep thats ok Epsilone but we need the specs for the laptop mate if it is the one with the keyboard problem.

So the model for example ie Acer ***##### or Dell **###### etc
