window 7 Laptop Dumping Physical Memory & Turning Off

Hi

My problem is that my window 7 Laptop Dumping physical memory & turning Off.

I did installed a a new 4 gig ram with my 2 gig old ram and I don't know if that have anything to do with this problem.

Yes, it almost definitely is the RAM, it might be corrupted or not supported by your machine. Try taking it out and see if that fixes it, if so, then it's the RAM's fault.

Thank you Sir. I did check that it matches my system. However, it might be corrupted. Thank you

You're very welcome. In that case, I would suggest that you either investigate this issue further, or get a refund from where you bought these sticks
