Window activation

Hello everyone!
I upgrade win 8.1 to win 10 but unfortunately 2 days later win 10 needs activation. What should i do???
Will win 10 expires after some days or just revert back in to 8.1 or other kind of these things happen???

That should not have happened. I would call Microsoft and have them sort it out.
