Window cant not detect networking hardware

I shut down my desktop, then turn it back on after 4 hours, the window system seems have changed. then i notice there is no internet connection and when i go to control panel to connect to a network, it says that window did not detect any networking hardware. In addition, when I check the system in control panel, I notice that the processor and the ram displayed as not available. I don't know what is going on here, any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

I have a custom build

intel r core tm i5 4670k cpu 3.4 ghz
8.gb ram (3.46 gb usable)
32 bit
msi motherboard
geforce gtx 760

ps the audio service is not running, is it possible that there is some subtle problems in my motherboard?
I do have internet driver.

What is the model name and or number of your motherboard? Chances are you may need to reinstall the chipset drivers for the motherboard so it hopefully will detect the correct devices, etc.

Well I see a problem.

8.gb ram (3.46 gb usable)
32 bit

Windows 7/32 bit will only see and use a max. of 4 gigs of ram.

You will need to install Windows 7/64 bit to use all 8 gigs of ram.

for some reason when i try to reinstall the window 7 with the cd, it wont let me. how can i install window 7 64 bit, what do i have to do.

It all depends what kind of COA you have.

Where did you get Windows 7 from and what information does it give on the disc label.
Or did you download it from the internet. If you downloaded it; from what website did you download it from.
