Window content does not refresh after moving a file

The problem: I just drag & drop a file from a Window to another and it just don't disappear from the first one until I press F5 (refresh).

Again I'm really surprised how the most basic things doesn't work as they should (event after years of development).

Can you give me any solution ?

Try resetting folders. In Explorer, go to "Organize", "Folder and search options", "View" tab, then click on "Reset Folders".
