window explore security

is there any idea how to prevent multiple opening of window explorer to avoid hang up?there is security setting?please help.thanks

Hello jersky. Please explain this a bit further. Windows Explorer shouldn't open unless you open it. It also shouldn't open multiple times unless you open it multiple times.
