window firewall warning

A had a fire wall warning pop up and will not go away so I tend off the computer and restarted it but have not gone on line I'm doing this from my cell phone . In the window it told me to call 877.789.6438 I called then and they wanted to log on to my computer to clean it up . How do I know it legit they ask if I added or did something with Adobe. All I have done was to go from explorer to come and back .but while I used come I got a pop up about there 2 different adobe for the different browsers. thanks patrick

i think its just a scam for you to give control of your computer to someone. you might be infected. have you scanned your pc for maleware,spyware?

Sounds like a scam and DO NOT give them any form of control over you PC and run a full scan with your antivirus (You do have one I hope) and also download MBAM free: Malwarebytes Free install and run it but make sure to untick the free trial offer so it can be used as a free program and report back if you find anything
