Window Installer 5.0 Service on local computer started and then stoppe

Hey Everyone,

I am facing a problem whenever I start the service [Windows Installer]
I tried nearly every single solution available to me like:

1. Using the net start MSIServer command
2. Starting the service manually
3. Using Windows Fix It
4. Using sfc/scannow command to check for intergrity violations [Nothing Found]
5. Unregister and re-register the Windows Installer
6. Restart/Shutdown My Laptop

I am also unable to reinstall windows 7 again because I don't have the Disc with me
along with that, I attempted to find window installer 5.0 but sadly, it is not redistributable.

Now, I am left with no choice [I guess] but to beg for solutions from you all.

Method 1
You may try to reregister Windows Installer and check if the issue reappears. To do this, follow these steps:

a. On the Start > Run box, type "msiexec /unreg", and then press ENTER.

b. Then type "msiexec /regserver", and then press ENTER.

Method 2
You may run System File Checker [SFC] scan on the computer which will replace the missing or corrupt files & check if the issue persists.
a. Type ‘cmd’ in Start > Run box. Right click on cmd in the Program list and then select the option Run as administrator.
b. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
