Window Positioning

every time I open a program app or browser it opens to the upper left hand corner. How can I control where it opens? where do I change the setting for that?

Position your window where you want it and the close it using the file menu exit. Don't use the red X button. That might work for a while...... I ended up buying a copy of Windows Manager. It was $10 and ended the problem.

How about the windows user account window how would I set that? it opens in the lower left hand corner all the time. and as far as my apps there's only 2 ways to close those either the X at the upper right hand or the x when you hover over the short cut in the task bar?
