Window Restarts Automatically : BSOD

Dear Sevenforums Members,

I am new to this forum and this is my first post here, after searching lot on google, i found this forums, and i wish you big guys will help me on this annoying problem.

i am facing this problem from past 1 week, and couldn't find any way to fix it.

i can login to my computer but after runing it smoothly for few time it crashes and BSOD appears with the follwing code:-

STOP: 0x0000000A (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF80003089265)

then screen get stuck here i have to use power off button to restart it again. After it restarts i get the option of starting windows normally or in safe mode. I choose start windows normally and then it works fine, but again after using the window for few times same thing happens and it is really frustrating, It happens any time in the day and i don't understand what the problem is ?

Is there any antivirus running on your system? Did you make any software or hardware changes recently?

I had installed malwarebytes Anti malware and Eset Antivirus installed since long time back but after Getting this BSOD errors i arranged a format using inbuilt system recovery out of the box state, but it didn't help me i am still getting BSOD errors, currently i have installed Malwarebytes anti malware but no antivirus software.

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using crystal disk info and summary tab using Speccy:

OK. Perform a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html. Do not install any software/drivers just use Internet Explorer to get to this thread. You'll have to observe how the lappy is performing on a clean install with no programs or drivers installed. If it works okay, then it was a software creating problems..if not, it should be hardware. Back up anything important from the users folders and desktop.

Do this and update the thread.
