I have been using Windows since v3. In all this time, I have never run into the problem I am having now. It seems almost like whacky malware is on the system, but it's coming up clean. What's happening is that my windows keep changing away from being maximized, minimizing, and changing positions on the screen. I will be in the middle of doing something, and this occurs. Sometimes it doesn't occur for some time, but then other times it is happening after less than a minute. Anyone have a thought on what's going on here? Thanks in advance.

It definitely seems to be related to the mouse. I believe moving the mouse is possibly triggering it.

Can you try another mouse for a couple of days, to test?
