Window security centre service wont run!

Microsoft Security Essential wont run.

I stumbled upon some thread online and gone through the FARBAR service scanner.
I have been to the service and found the microsoft antimalware service and it showed 'The system cannot found the file specified'.
After the scan i have no idea what to do
