Windown Defender Win 7 do not show in services.msc and ...

I from to Viet Nam and i don't known speak Englishs. Sorry
My computer today when open windown defender and click start now then show error : " the specified services does not exist as an installed services. ( error code 0x80070424 ) " beacause I don't often update windown defender.
This is error :

All key : Scan, history, tools were disable

An hour ago, my computer is loading then shutdown and automatic restart and windown defender was disable.
I were restart computer many times but unavailing.
This is images folder and services.msc in my computer. I think trojan but i don'n find. I don't use antivirus. I use windown defender !

You might need Windows 7 install DVD, or, a factory restore -- that would be "worst-case." Do you have any System Restore Points? Or, do you have any full image backups on any external media? What you have made or did not make before this happened to Windows Defender will determine next course of action.
Meanwhile, just to make sure you are not a victim or virus or malware, have you run any anti-virus and anti-malware scans?

I use laptop and not CD install. . And I just used windown defender it as antivirus beacause i don't have much money . I'm a student university.
My computer automatic restar and error windown defender.
Images folder in link. Folder Windown defender not icon " wall ".
I were load anti malware but can't find danger.
I don't known event being ?
I can implying anybody known computer repair.
Please help me if you can.

Minor clarification/reminder: as pointed out by @Torchwood here, Windows Defender (WD) in Windows 7 is NOT an anti-virus (AV) or a substitute for an anti-virus.
In Windows 7, it is only a (weak) anti-spyware/anti-malware application.

You need a robust, realtime AV, either free or paid.
There are many fine choices and no one "best" program for all computers, users and budgets.
(And many "free" programs come with hidden costs of toolbars, aggressive advertising, limited features and/or limited support.)
You might want to consider layering additional anti-malware and anti-exploit protection, as well as other security measures.
But no one application or collection of programs can protect all users from all malware all the time.
The most important computer security component is the one between the chair and keyboard.
There are many authoritative tutorials around at reputable computer support fora that explain "best practices" for home computer safety.

huuhieu Windows 7 Defender will always install when you install Windows 7. It's built into the installation.

Windows 7 built in Defender is as useless as handlebars on a peach.

I would suggest to get you started after you have installed Windows completely to use MSE. It will allow you to at least search the internet for different anti virus programs and other security programs.

MSE is free from Microsoft; when you install MSE it should turn off Defender.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

I use MSE and Malwarebytes Premium on both of my system and have for a long time without any problems.
