Windown Live Mail - Gmail problem - email stuck in "main root"

I've got one email which for some reason is transferred to the "mail root" of one of our Gmail-accounts (see photo). I cannot delete nor move this email, such action goes on indefinitely and Windows Live Mail stops responding. The Sync all account (F5) stalls at this Gmail account and doesn't go further, error message being:

Subject 'Re: Folklore Voorstelling B1 t/m V2 20 juni'
Server Response: Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.
Server: 'imap.gmail.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800C006F
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Secure(SSL): Yes

Many thanks for good advice!

Hi Roderunner!
Tried to change the account to POP but didn't help. Also tried to remove the account from Win Live Mail but the problem persists. Tough nut to crack, I'd say!

Can you move it if you access GMail via the web?
