Hi there
Running a Windows 10 VM build 9879 on a W7 Host under VMWARE workstation / vmplayer on a W7 HOST only recognises USB devices attached to the VM at power on. Adding devices gives the connected sound and shows in the VM menu but Windows explorer (now called file explorer in W10) doesn't see them at all.
apart from that (fairly show stopping type of problem - especially if you use a lot of external USB devices) W10 runs OK.
Hopefully this will get fixed .
BTW the same issue crops up also using a W8.1 HOST as well as a W7 HOST.
Cheers
