Windows 10 sees 4 dimms, mobo has only 2

As per title; Windows 10 thinks my GA-H97N-WIFI has 4 ram slots, it only has 2.
Also my Hyperx Fury 1866Mhz ram only runs at 1600Mhz. Is my 4130T a limiting factor?

Edit: my BIOS is the newest (F7)
Edit1: okay, seems H97 is the limiting factor, as far as speed is concerned; supports 1600/1333

The way I see it, it's a bit bloody stupid having a separate forum for every iteration of Windows!
If it's a desperate concern, why not have subsections for different versions? Personally I can cope with reading the thread title, and deducing what OS version being discussed.
